Join us for a stunning Middle Eastern culinary journey curated by local expert Tara FitzGerald. This exclusive brunch blends traditional technique with fresh, vibrant flavors for a truly memorable morning on Snow Capped Cider’s Taproom and Wine Bar Patio in Cedaredge.
SNOW BOY COFFEE will serve up some delicious coffee, matcha, and espresso with only the finest ingredients. We use only the freshest roasted single origin coffee from our parters, Bonfire Roasters, and Sweet Bloom Coffee roasters.

- Pita & Whipped Feta: Warm pita paired with lemon-zested, airy whipped feta.
- Traditional Shakshuka: Poached farm eggs in a rich, spiced tomato and pepper reduction.
- Crispy Falafel & Tahini: Hand-pressed fritters with a silky, lemon-garlic tahini drizzle.
- Gyro “Bacon”: Savory, thinly sliced gyro meat crisped to perfection for a salty, herbed breakfast twist.
- Mezze Sides: Smooth, velvety hummus and a crisp, chilled cucumber and tomato salad.
